After two towels were finished I noticed a threading error. Bummer. I cut off the two finished towel, corrected the error and tied back on. Luckily it was easily corrected by tying on a missing heddle. I don’t think the mistake will be very noticeable on the two finished towels, but I’m glad to have it corrected.

Hemmed and washed these towels yesterday. They turned out not to be quite as tight a sett as I thought they would be. They will be nice as Christmas dishtowels, but I think they might not hold up as well as my others under everyday use. The Swiss Twill variations were fun. Now I’m on to Periwinkle for the next warp. I love that M. P. Davison book!
