2 May 2011- Restarting, now doing the size 4. Niecelette keeps growing. Hoping to finish for her birthday, but I’m gonna have to knit fast.

31 Oct 2010- Hibernating for NaKniSweMo. She’s not gonna get this for Christmas. Maybe for her birthday?

17 May 2010- Started knitting this cape for my niecelette (3 years old) for Christmas (getting an early start). I wanted something other than garter stitch for the borders, so I’m using the “diagonal strip rib,” stitch #177 in the Vogue Knitting Stitchionary volume 1, and I’m charmed by it so far.
