Notes

CO 15. Work 2 rows reverse stockinette. Inc row: k5 m1, k2 until 4 sts remain, k4. Work 5 rows stockinette.
Heel: On next knit row, k to last 5, w&t. P to last 5, w&t. K to stitch before wrapped st, w&t. P to st before wrapped st, w&t. Continue until there are 2 sts unwrapped in the center. Work back out picking up wraps and wrapping next sts. Last row will wrap 4th sts for 1st time.
K9, k2tog. P9, p2 tog. Repeat once, then k9 k3tog. P9 p3tog.
K10 pu5. Co5. Pu5. Work 2 rows knitting heel and pu stitches and purling new cos.
Work 20 rows from co.
