Notes

This yarn is amazing. 2nd time using it. It’s super soft, like in an alpaca sort of way, and it keeps a chill away, but for me, it does not feel hot when worn. It’s deceivingly light and airy.

I dropped down another needle size for the brim of the hat because the first time I did this hat, the brim stretched a bit while blocking and I had to weave in elastic. This time it came out perfect.

New skill for me: grafting in pattern (so kitchener in both knits and purls). I watched several videos and read many tutorials, but in the end used this one.

This was also a project for me that I used the KnitCompanion app for…easiest enough of a pattern that it allowed me really try out features without getting lost in my project. I love kC :-)
