Doing size M, with the cabled sections being the size L version (but not really because I’m not doing that one dumb knit column up the middle of the sock).

19/10/11 - I just realized that it’s another version of the cable I based the Primrose cable off of… not exactly thrilled about this (I’ve knit this cable enough times for one lifetime - thanks!).

23/10/11 - Start gusset round 10 (last round before gusset, round 9) after three complete reps.

3/11/11 - Finished the first sock!

15/11/11 - So. Close. To. The. Ribbing. I love post-OWL “Oh hai super-productive monogamous knitting! Where have you been for three months?” Seriously, OWLs drain my small-project productivity, but at the same time, they’re the only reason I ever get anything large done (see purple handspun: During OWL period - got everything but the last single and plying done. Failed OWL, then takes three months to get a single done, and start plying the last hank).
