Notes

6/26: I instinctively twisted my stitches on the “make 1” rows, which closed up my yoke instead of giving it that bobbly lacy feel. this is fine with me.

It took me much longer than 5 hours, but it was my first sweater ever, and I lacked stitch holders so that was a pain, and I had to find straight 10.5’s after I got 1/3 of the way through because all my circulars were too small. Luckily I had straight ones.

I did the arms in the round but now I wish I either hadn’t or that I had finished the body before doing the sleeves. Even with trying to do K2tog on the body, I was left with armpit gaps, so I have to go and sew up some seams anyway. XD

I don’t know if I would make this again. All that increasing and decreasing in the yoke drove me nutters, especially since mine turned out un-lacy. I hope that isn’t a feature of baby sweaters in general.

All that’s left is to tuck in ends and to crochet a chain for the eyelets.

Queue note: I have this new skein of yellow I have to use up. :)
