Separate sleeves from body

Working on front increases, will do 12 stripes of red. My husand said the colours reminds him of a bathing suit from the 50ties so started calling this “Conny Froboes”….

Started the Front Pocket. Plan to do 9 Stripes to make up for my different row gauge

Finished front flap. Not sure why I would need an additional inner lining… Currently just plan to blindly follow the pattern…

Finished body and tried it on. Fits very well!

Wanted to point out that the “lining” is more of an “pocket extension” in the lower part of the body, not a full lining. Really love the pocket, it totally makes the sweater!
I am a little concerned that I might run out of yarn as I only have 2 balls of each colour left for the sleeves… well, we will see. If I would have to order more, I would definitely think about ordering more for another of these at once - really like the cool feel of the yarn and the drape - the perfect summer yarn!
