I loved the first one so much, that it now goes everywhere with me.

With all the socks that I knit, I have loads of wool left over, but found that knitting every square a little laborious, so this time, I am speeding up things by crocheting every other square.

Certainly different !! - but this time, it is far more of a memory blanket. All the wool has been used in socks which are being used by my nearest and dearests…

So I think of them.. and the Indi-Dyers who have sold the wool to me.

Keeps both my body and my soul warm..

December 2015 - my world has meant that this has lain dormant, with only the moth’s taking an interest…aaaah…

Just spent the afternoon unpicking, darning and generally making fit for purpose….
