Frogged sweater, need to start over again.
That this one runs large is a big understatement.

Started over again. I have casted on now with a dramatically less amount of stitches than the pattern asks for. So far it’s looking good.
I’m knitting this in the round instead of in pieces.

So far it’s looking good! I’m much further than I anticipated. Seeing as I’m super busy with university, and have not much time left to knit. Still quite a bit to go though! Also, I need to order new needles for the sleeves.

Started sleeves.

With pain in my heart, I have frogged this sweater. It means a lot to me on a emotional level, I remember knitting on it well and it was also my first time knitting a sweater in such an expensive yarn. For me it also feel kind of like the start of the type of knitter I’ve become.
But I never wear it. Tbh I think apart from the time I wore it to take some pictures I’ve never worn it.
I made some baffling construction decisions. I can see what I tried to do and why, but my skills and knowledge just weren’t quite there yet. I also never liked the neckline or the sleeve insets. The yarn frogged surprisingly easily and I still really love this tweed (and the knitted fabric itself also feels great) so I will definitely save it to use for something else.
