Successful CO was 18 st with 6st diamonds. Likely a holiday gift for a supervisee

04-02-2017

First CO was 40 st for 8 st wide blocks x 5 blocks on even numbered tiers. Too wide!

CO again today at 24 st, Basic scarf with base of 3 trianges, left-leaning, base stitches=8 per triangle! This is really still too wide--next time use 6 st wide, 18 st.

4-8-17: Ripped back again at the end of the first skein because it’s just too darned wide! Looking at 18 st, 6 wide per diamond.

The 18 st wide model works perfectly. At the end of Ball #1 and now have bought 3rd & 4th balls to finish.
