Notes

when did we lose the x in socks?
attempting to swatch… I dislike to swatch.
trying with the berroco first. to check pooling.

swatched, I liked the striping, and the size needle is spot on.

cast on the stitches. so excited!

blah, socks are so slow! also made a few mistake, on the first row or the twist pattern I did the top pattern on both the top and bottom of one sock, probable should not have been drinking while trying to do a new thing. :P

made anther mistake latter on, misread which line I was on, causing a slight break in the pattern.

slow but stead, getting them done, about half way done now. only an inch from the heal increase.

I like the pattern, the cabling is great for practicing a needle-less cabling.

next time I make 2 at a time socks, when i get to the heal turn, I will switch the one I’m working on, to double pointed needles or there own straight needles because working short rows with a extra sock hanging off one side is a pain in the butt!

Finished socks. final thoughts, the pattern is great for practicing cabling without a needle. But defiantly a slog after a while.

also should have done a stretchier bind off.
