Although many advised me NOT to do this pattern with cestari, I decided to anyway. I LOVE the way it turned out!!!! I know there are several mistakes but, such is life. These are all the scraps from clothes I knit my three girls over the past 5 years. I think the sturdier base will help ensure this sticks around for a very long time. I am super excited to use this during chilly fall and spring soccer games!

1/27 CO and am loving it so far. I am using scraps from all of my children’s clothes that I have made them.

3/10 Cast off my final stitches tonight. I still need to weave in the ends and block. I am loving it. What a fun pattern to do!
