5 Feb 2012: The plan is to knit the leg with 72 stitches then reduce to 64 stitches for the foot. Started with Tillybuddy’s cast on and got to the leg pattern but found out that I miscounted the cast on and was 4sts short. Tried to adjust the numbers to make the stitch count work but it was off. So I restarted and now knitting on just fine.

17 Feb 2013: Started heel flap on second sock, hope to finish them soon.

18 Feb 2013: Done! Just need to block so that the lattices open up properly.

Absolutely loved knitting this! Simple pattern, easy to memorize and you end up with a rather elegant pair of socks.

Mod: Instead of the C2F and C2B, I am knitting the second stitch on the LHN first without removing any stitches from the needle. Works like a charm!
