30 Apr 2012: This yarn seriously is not doing it for me. It feels rough and has uneven twists. I just want to get it over and done with. I am sure it will behave differently after blocking, but it’s just not my favourite project at the moment.

I plan to knit until the very last inch of this skein. My sister asked for a brown/neutral shawl before so this might go to her.

24 Jun 2012: I have been knitting forever on this and I think I’ve only just cracked the halfway point of the skein!

2 Jul 2012: I swear this yarn is part Time Lord!

8 Jul 2012: I want so badly to just cast off and be done with this, but then what am I ever going to do with the leftover yarn? Knitting on…sigh.

9 Jul 2012: Done!!! Barely had 3 yards left. Phew!
