Decided to knit this pattern using the kit yarn. I was meant to finish all WIPs, or as much as I could anyway, before casting on a new project but this one is just begging to be started.

6 Apr 10: Cast on at 6am and was into the second repeat of the Slip Jig Cuff Pattern by the time I got to work at 7.45. Dead easy, dead simple but oh-so-pretty!

13 Apr 10: I just knitted and knitted non-stop and before I knew it I have a new pair of socks! No mods as far as I can remember. The colours didn’t spread out as I had hoped but it’s not badly pooled or anything so I can live with it.
