8 Aug 2011: Testing out a new yarn base (80% wool, 20% cashmere) and this gorgeous new-to-me pattern seems like a perfect choice.

Cast on the larger size using 5mm, pretty mindless once you get the hang of the pattern. Loving it!

10 Aug 2011: What a very pleasant knit! Worked out beautifully in this yarn. Will definitely make more in other yarns. Thinking about a stockinette only version next.

Bottom photo is closest to true colour, iPhone washes out the colours.
