22 Jan 11: I received a request for a test knitter from everyone’s favourite Irishgirlie for a new design and I would be a fool to say no.

The pattern gets easier to remember as you knit on and the lace pattern makes me think of butterflies.

28 Jan 2011: Gusset decreases has begun. I chose to do the plain ribbed foot so hopefully it will go quickly from now on.

29 Jan 2011: Inter-school volleyball games helped me get through the gusset decreases and most o the foot. Very nearly done, starting the toe decreases now where I decided to carry the ribbing all the way to the toe, very much an IGK trademark. :) ETA @ 10:52pm: Done with sock #1.

26 May 2011: Started sock #2 and should be finished before month-end.

30 May 2011: Done!
