01.27.12--Finished one side.
02.01.12--Finished the body! It’s a lot bigger than I expected it to be. The joining was tedious (took a couple of hours), but it stands on its own! I used a tremendous amount of fiberfill for this, too (about 1/3 of a bag).

Mods:
-plastic safety eyes
-normal duplicate stitch for center harness
-mane fringe done every 3rd row, but a few extra rows done at the top of the head for bangs/fuller look.
-instead of dividing in the center for tail tassel, I just bound one end of the tassel to the rear end.

Horace the Horsie needed a more appropriate name, and through the evolution of the beard, err bridle and reggae dreads to mullet, his/her name evolved to Her-maine. As in Hermione, but male-version-ish, and he/she has a mane. Guess how late at night I was working on this with a bunch of friends around.
