This just in. 6.5 size feet are really small. :)

Starting off with Silver’s Sock Tutorial -
so k2p2 for the cuff (doing 6.5” as the giftee is elfish in stature).
Then going with forethought heel. Regular stockinette foot and will decrease at toes a la Silver.
