CO 6 on three needles. Join to knit in the round.

8. {k2tog, k1} around, stuff lightly (12)
9. {k2tog} around (6)

11. {kfb} around (24)

Bind off and break yarn.

Finishing:
Weave in ends. Wrap around twice a length of brown yarn and double knot to seal the bag. Trim ends and fray. With black yarn, embroider dollar sign.
