I found this pattern and could not resist casting it on for my oldest niece, AB. As this is my third knitting project and the first I’ve done in the round, this should prove to be interesting.

EDIT 7/9/14: After staring at my work like a lunatic and deliberating with my dear friend Ellen, we agreed something is up with this pattern’s notation for the beginning of the rounds. I think it’s at least 8 stitches too soon. Ripping back to fix the error. (Thank GOD I was only 2-3 rows past that point!)
