I knew as soon as I saw the cover of Embrace that I would have to make that sweater. Then, I found out the name of that sweater is my name! Kristen! So naturally I had to drop everything and cast on immediately. But in true form, I took my own sweet time making it, as I work on multiple projects at a time. Anyway, love it!

My young, gorgeous neighbor has kindly modeled it for me, but there’s a few grainy computer pictures of me too, just so you can see what it looks like on the person for whom is was made!

This sweater, imo, can only be made in Kidsilk Haze. The yarn and pattern are a perfect marriage. I added length.
