First, the yarn: it is fantastic and perhaps my new favorite summer cotton yarn. It has an incredibly easy and soft handle and it’s heavenly soft against the skin. Huge fan.

I modified the pattern quite a bit. I did love the original but had this new yarn to try and felt it would work. I love it, and so did my granddaughter, so now it hangs in her closet!
