Outer layer:
I cast on to knit the first 2 charts of Winter’s Moon in the round with 2 extra repeats. I then knit a couple of rows straight and figured out how to decrease cleanly to 144 stitches. I then knit a few more rows, did one row with 6 decorative YO decrease combos, knit a row, and decreased to 108.

Inner layer:
I cast on the with EZ’s Pi Shawl with the mink and knit as per the pattern to 144 stitches. I then knit until I thought it would be long enough (about 8 inches from the CO), and decreased to 108 stitches.

Edge:
I joined the 2 layers by doing a 3 needle BO without the BO, knitting with the mink. Then I knit a 5 stitch I-cord edge.
