This time a simple top-down cardigan.
Yoke shaped, the pattern started, should divide for sleeves in the evening.

Ripped everything. 2nd trial.

Starting again.
Note to myself: NEVER EVER LISTEN TO MY HUSBAND’S ADVICE.

Finally it seems to be going OK :-) I even picked buttons.

Done! Just need to sew buttons and block.
I’ll never underestimate the power of blocking - it already looks great, so simple and yet so nice.

I hate this weather. It’s pouring with rain. If it stops for at least 10 minutes we’ll go out for the photoshoot.
Yay, it stopped for 5 minutes so here are the pics.
The cardi is a little too big for Wojt, but that is intentional as it’s meant for fall/winter not summer (although we’re having September-like weather in July!). The sleeves could be a little shorter I guess - will note that down in the pattern.
