Dmmmnnnnn! It’s too small! And washing didn’t seem to help.

I am too lazy to knit the collar separately and sewing it on. I picked up 32 sts along the edge of beck and upper sides of front pieces. After that I picked up 2 sts at the end of next 16 rows and then 1 st at the end of next 12 rows.
