1/27/14 - This was my first time trying the FLK heel. It worked up similar to a regular short row heel, but instead of just throwing numbers at you, it is more of a formula. It’s really a nice pattern with a nice short row technique and a great finished look. When putting on my short row heel socks today, I was disappointed in the way it looked after looking at the FLK completed!! This will def be my go-to heel from now on… provided it wears well, which I don’t doubt it will.

And, signing off this project with a Jenny’s Surprisingly Stretchy. I don’t think I’ve ever finished socks that quickly.
