T.he actual gauge should be 23 stitches !!!! That’s the reason why my sweater is too large.
I will cast on again.

My gauge is 21 x32 but the finished sweater is way too big. I will start again the smaller size.

** Jan. 4th bis **
I finished grafting both shoulders and the sweater is too long and under arms placed too low due to the weight of the yarn probably.
I’ll frog it tomorrow and rework both front and back again

I replaced the 3 needles bind-off with grafting for the shoulders. Even if it takes more time I prefer this method for shoulders, more invisible and souple.
