I’ve been waiting for months to knit this up; I’ve had the yarn on hand but made myself finish my holiday knitting first. The day after Christmas, I cast on for this little beauty. It’s just finished blocking (the plant-dyed yarn {EDIT: after using the yarns again, I think it was the kid silk yarn, not the plant-dyed that ran} left my hands and needles a bit purple so a washing was a must) and should be cold enough to wear in the next couple of days; can’t wait.
