Notes

These were a fantastic, easy knit! I made them into fingerless mitts for a co-worker. They didn’t take too long. I finished one in a days time, this is also while I was at work. I had other projects going on and had to sit this aside, hence the long dates from start to finish. She loves them!!

Oct 6th….fail! So she likes them as they are, fingerless. Great!

Oct 5th: Fail on my attempt at Flip tops. I made them correctly, but picked up at the wrong spot, allowing the seam on the palm side of the mitten to open up. I must begin the top closer to the thumb opening to achieve coverage. Frogged the top-retry again tomorrow!

Love the twisted ribbing! I went down one needle size as the person who these are for has small hands. I always get told when I make her mittens that they are too big. This should solve it a bit.
