Jane helped me get a nice crochet circle to start with - picked up stitches and after some increaces I will do a stitch where on the 1st row you YO and then the next you drop them to make an enlongated stich.

I am put in arm holes with a piece of waist yarn that will be removed and the stitches picked up for arms later.

Rethinking this one a bit.

I was not happy with the way it looked so I have ripped it and started over with some changes.

I cast on 5 stitches on size 6 needles and did the first few rounds on these needles to make the center a bit firmer.

I changed the pattern and because it is now a reversible patter and there will be no seams, it will be a reversible sweater as well. Pattern from Beautiful Knitting Patterns by Gisela Klopper.
