The part you see in pic 1 was knitted in a few hours.

Very well written pattern, just step-by-step. That’s why the printed pattern has 11 pages.
I’m really looking forward to wear this warm cardi one day. Love the structure the yarn forms.

Did JSSBO for the button bands, looks nice and no fear for turning in edges.

Yeah, the seaming was a lot of work. But I did it part by part. Once one piece was ready I did all the possible seaming. In the end it was just the buttons. I love them by the way and can really recommend making those yourself.

21.11.12 - back’s ready. At the shoulder section I did not put the stitches on a holder at the first neck decrease, just left it on the needle and went further. My second step was to put the middle stitches on the holder and knit the second neck decrease part .

20.12.13 - first front is ready. Second is half made in only one afternoon. After a years break. I could not work with larger needles
for a while. But now its cold enough outside and I am motivated again.

18.02.14 first sleeve’s ready and sewn in. Oh, it fits perfectly
