Wanted to make a longer stripe with slower colour change with the Noro, to make it more similar to the Easy Knits Sushi Roll yarn, as suggested for this pattern. Separated the yarn into the 2 colour pattern repeats usually found in Noro Sock yarn, then did a bit of snipping to organise colours into warm and cool for each side - see photos. Of course, there was an obligatory Noro knot - grrr! Still, didn’t spoil my plan.

Knitted scarf with 4 balls of yarn on the go. Using two same colour balls for each side of the scarf and knitting alternate rows from the same colour to create a slower/longer colour change.

Anyway, wasn’t too tricky to do that, and the stitch pattern was fun, and I always find self striping wool addictive to knit with, who knows why? …
