Cast on 79 stitches and followed the pattern as is except I added two extra repeats on the yoke before separating the sleeves. When I did separate the sleeves I put them on a holder as I planned on a long sleeve version. I then cast on 32 stitches for the underarm.

Worked 6 rows of plain stockinette. Then I increased 4 stitches (at the sides) every 4th row 9 times. Then I increased 4 stitches every 4th row 6 times. 10 rows of garter on the bottom edge.

I picked up 79 sts (technically I picked up every stitch but k2tog on the underarm to make it tighter) and knit 30 rows plain stockinette (to my elbow) then I decreased 2 stitches every 4th row 17 times. Ended with 10 rows of garter. I used the double decreased found in the body of the pattern but if I were to do this again I’d choose a more invisible decrease.

8/11/12 Completed second sleeve. Finished at 5:22 AM
8/10/12 Completed first sleeve. Moving on to second sleeve now. I think it’ll be a lot faster because I made notes and won’t have to keep trying it on.
8/9/12 Finished body. I increased after the waist shaping but it flares out a bit weird. If I don’t like it after blocking I’ll add in some afterthought seams. Starting the sleeves soon!
8/8/12 Started body and did the waist shaping
8/7/12 Completed 2 more repeats of the twisted rib for a total of 5 repeats. Separated the sleeves from the body.
8/6/12 Completed 3 repeats of the twisted rib, separated the sleeves from the body, tried it on, decided to do a few more repeats.
