Note: I lost this shawl in November 2014, after only a few wears. I’m very sad about this, and might make another one in the same yarn…

This yarn is incredible.

First of all, it smells amazing. Both the linen and the silk retain their natural scent, and it’s a luxurious one.

The yarn firms up quite a bit in blocking, but I expect it to soften with wear. For now, this is quite a crisp little shawl.

The pattern is beaitiful, but the instructions are much more complicated than they need to be. Don’t be intimidated by the length of the written pattern!
