My work is putting on a massive fundraiser for the Penguin Foundation. I knit this little guy as a keepsake for the team!

I modified the pattern a bit: knit the feet and the arms in the round, modified the colours to match a fairy penguin, and only did two sets of short rows for a sleeker penguin.
