The pattern calls to knit with 2 strands of yarn throughout the whole pattern so A) you can get a fabulous colorway, B) it’s SUPER warm and C) it can easily get expensive :-/ but the result is definitely worth it.

One word of advice if you decide to use the same yarn I used: knit it during the winter and not the summer :)
