Once I finally got these to fit they were awesome! Actually I had to modify the pattern quite a bit. I added more stitches for the thumb (maybe I have fat thumbs??). I also did a more rounded top by doing fewer decreases.
I made note of the changes and will include the details in an up coming blog post. In the mean time if you have any questions drop me a note and I’ll share my changes.
I just started the purple pair. This one came out much better and went faster because I already knew what changes I wanted to make. I also used a larger hook so it fits looser. I think I used I for the red mits and J for the purple.
