My first try at stranded knitting! It’s a bit slow going to start but it’s pretty cool! I’m knitting the pattern as called for with the only change being I’m using a US1.5 needle instead of the US1. So glad I am as so far the mitten is fitting my hand - if I had used the US1 it would have been way too small!

Everyone assures me the mitten will smooth out with blocking so I’m looking forward to finishing the first mitten so I can see that magic happen :)
