I pinned this a billion moons ago and didn’t get around to making it… until today! Fabulously easy but effective. Love it!

I based it on the pattern, and got the idea from this but improvised the number of stitches for each section:

Knit for Apple iPhone earbuds with the remote button.

c/o 4
dec to 3 once over the initially larger section next to the plug
increased to 6 for the Y join
Started each of the top sections with 2 rows of 3 above the Y and then decreased to 2 for the remainder.

Although I stopped either side of the remote button I really didn’t like it “naked” so made a little crochet rectangle which I sewed on afterwards. Used a total of 5.9 g
