This was the first pattern I bought - a year ago!!!! I don’t love garter stitch so I’ve put off making it until now but last week I saw an amazingly beautiful FO and decided it was time to get on with it.

I had bought this yarn for my Beekeeper’s Quilt and have used some yardage for a few hexipuffs already so I’ll just make it until I run out!

The pattern is fabulous! I love the way that the shaping is developing and those little “dragon scales” are just too cute (although they look like they’ll need some light blocking). I can’t believe I waited so long to knit this. A few more evenings and it should be done :)
