LOVING THIS PATTERN! I’ve made the first 25 rows today and apart from the stomach-churning at the first few drop stitches on Row 24, it is fabulous!

I’m just a beginner and this is the perfect pattern for a novice as I’m learning so much about the way different patterns are formed and this yarn really helps with that too as it’s clear where the different rows and stitches go.

I have stayed up far too late already - must get some sleep so I can carry on knitting in the morning :-)

Feb 17th - G’ah! I managed a fair bit of knitting today around children, chores etc - only to spot a mistake waaaaay back that I’d never have been happy with so I’m back to row 48 now. I can’t wait for this to be finished as it’s just so pretty!!!!

Feb 20tht ran out of the 6th ball of yarn on row 93 :-(

Feb 28th I’ve been waiting on more wool to finish the last few rows of this and It’s taken 8 days so far :-(

I FINALLY got a dispatch note today so I’m really hoping to have this finished in the next few days.

It’s DONE!!!!! I love it and it’s just in time for the freezing cold weather that appeared from nowhere today!!!! I need someone else to take action pics so will update this at a later point.
