Cast on 52sts
1 inch 2x2 rib
6 inch to heel flap start
1 x 1 rib for heel (3 inches)
K15, ssk, k1 turn
Sl, p5, p2tog, p1 turn repeat then pick up for gusset 16 on heel side. Then k2tog and ssk before last stitch to reduce to 26 across under foot.
6.5 inches for foot length before toe decrease.
Decrease to 24sts total then cast off.

These fit like regular socks… Yay, nailed my basic sock pattern!

What’s even better is that they came in at 48g, so I can get two pairs from one skein… WOO HOO!
