Notes

CO 192 to make an in-between size. It’s sort of an awkward size, since it’s just a bit too tight to wrap around my neck twice.

This was a nice pattern, but it was such a pain to knit with this yarn. The yarn was so rough and stiff. I don’t know whether it was my spinning (this was my first real handspun) or if it happened during the dyeing, but the yarn was really unpleasant to knit with. It’s scratchy, so I probably shouldn’t have used it for a cowl, but oh well. It’s warm and it’ll be fine for winter walks in the woods.

The pattern is pretty, and I might make it again someday in a yarn that’s more enjoyable to knit with. :)
