So, I followed the pattern until the heel part. I got confused, because of the two circs being used in the Knitmore Vanilla pattern, so I used the dummies.com heel, which I guess is basically the same as the vanilla pattern.

As of 11/28/14, I have about 2 inches or so before doing the heel on the second sock. Picking up a sock blocker soon so I can wash them and wear them ASAP.

12/5-12/6/14:

Finally made it to the heel part of the second sock! Almost done!

I don’t know what happened, but I picked up the sock to work on it and found that the needles were gone and about half the stitches were live and messed up. I’ll be rewinding the yarn up and starting over next week when the kids go back to school.
