Misunderstood the bindoff instructions - p2tog, BO3 does not mean to bind off the following three stitches, keeping the p2tog on the needle, the BO3 includes the p2tog stitch. It allowed me to fix another error: apparently, I missed increasing in section four twice, as the section two didn’t line up while decreasing. Increased to 82 stitches, and did not increase twice the last two times before hitting section 4 while decreasing.

I’m not certain that the ribbing is supposed to match up 100% during the bindoff - it doesn’t seem to be doing so for me. If I were to knit this again, I’d have 38 stitches in section 2.
