Fantasy sock (Inspired by the Simarillion)

Mirroring the cables on the sock (crossing the opposite way on the second cable panel).
Offsetting the second row of purls.
Decreasing the foot down to 72 total stitches.

Completely missed the “work main cable chart” after the “instep transition” on the first sock, so now it’s design feature. I think I like it this way better.
