Work 1.5” 2x2 ribbing
Follow pattern, but work to 5.5” from CO, not top of brim.
Start decreases with K9, K2tog around

Black: 5.9 g, I needed to add a 10” scrap of black to finish it off.
Pistachio: 12.8 g - 7.8 g

The title is a lie. This one is too small. I think 94 would be the correct CO and 6 to the decreases.
