Yellow: 106.3 g - 93.4 g - 80.6 g, one sock 13 g
Blue: 125.0 g - 85.0 g - 45.5 g, one sock 40 g

I knit that original pair five years ago, (well, I started it on February 1) and it had a connecting prompt as it was for the Harry Potter group.

Quidditch Challenge Prompt: Five years ago, I couldn’t tell you I’d be in Japan, married, or about to start a PhD program, but I was knitting and had already knit my first two pairs of Thuja socks. Over the past five years, I’ve knit quite a few pairs; this is my 21st pair with yarn for two more already purchased! In five years, I should be finished with my PhD program, but I have no idea where in the world I’ll be living or what kind of job I’ll be doing, whether I’ll have pets or kids or be traveling, but I know I’ll be knitting. I’m sure this pattern will always call to me, no matter how many years down the line it is!

Since I’m re-knitting the same pattern for the same friend as he’s worn out the original pair and I graduated with my PhD a few months ago, I’d say that’s pretty gosh darn close! Unexpected and wonderful trip down memory lane!
