I forgot this yarn is on the thinner side and went with the recommended hook size and pattern numbers. It’s going to be a bit smaller than anticipated!

Crocheting done 8/8. It wound up only 23” square, much smaller than the pattern specifies. Small, but reasonable for a car seat/stroller or newborn. Next time, larger hook!

Modifications

Worked the center part ‘til it was square instead of 30”, then did the edging.
